2010!! We need some changes!!!

Okay everyone...listen up!! The photo slideshows that are at EVERY WEDDING...soooo 2009!! They're a thing of the past and everyone has seen them. If you want to really wow your guests with some cocktail hour/dinner entertainment then a Motion Picture is definitely the way to go!!!!

You can incorporate baby pictures...engagement pictures...WHATEVER...but it's the interview with the 2 of you that really makes it entertaining and worthwhile to watch!!

Here's a PERFECT example featuring Pam Cooley Photography!

Holiday Season!

Well I hope everyone had a GREAT holiday season. I was pretty busy trying to get weddings done for some anxious brides! I got 4 out of the 5 I was wanting to get done so the holidays were pretty hectic for me. Nothing like doing all of your shopping 3 days before Christmas!!

Just to let everyone know that I'm going to be a first time vendor at the Civic Center Bridal Show on Sunday January, 10th. There's going to be a 10% discount to everyone who books me that day!!
I hope to see alot of new brides out there!

Have a HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone and congratulations to all those Christmastime Engagements!! I'm hearing there are several this year and that's great!!!

Iowa Wedding!

Just a taste of the FABULOUS couple from Iowa I mentioned before. I love traveling for weddings and seeing what other brides do and this time was no exception. The town of Muscatine was a perfect backdrop for some excellent photos courtesy of Angela Wyatt Photography! Wonderful photographer and a joy to work with! www.angelawyatt.com

Josh & Kara were SUCH TROOPERS. Hottest day of the year by far, and the air conditioning goes down in the church. Not too many brides could have survived that one, but Kara just laughed it off and told me dress comfortably! She rocks!!

My first blog...ever!

Hello everyone!!
Well, this is my first blog posting...ever, so soak it in!!

It's a few days before Christmas and I'm rushing rushing rushing to get a couple weddings done so they can enjoy the video with their families over the holidays.  It's a bummer that I can't do this full time and dedicate more hours out of the day to my videography...but I've got to pay the bills somehow so for now a full time day job is just a necessity...but I promise when I DO work on my wedding videos, I give them all 110% of my heart and soul!

As I was finishing up my latest wedding for a FABULOUS couple in Iowa and found myself crying once again at one part or another, it reminded me how blessed i am to be invited to enjoy such intimate and touching moments during everyones special day!

I want to thank EVERYONE for putting up with my sometimes not so nice delivery times when it comes to receiving their videos...I just hope it's all worth it in the end!

There.  My first blog posting.
How'd I do?!
